Now just when you think they can’t add another thing to your cell phone……… On the market in South Korea is a cell phone with a Breathalyzer. They have sold over 200,000 phones. The phones were previewed in Las Vegas at a Consumer Electronics Show in early 2006. The idea behind the Breathalyzer being in the phone is, after drinking some evening, you test yourself to see if you should be driving or not. You breathe onto a certain spot on the phone and if you have had too much to drink it gives you a warning and shows a car weaving and hitting traffic cones. The South Korean manufacturer LG also sells a plug in adapter for the phone. It does not give you exact alcohol levels but does help inform you as to when you are too drunk to drive. It could actually be a life saving device if used properly.
